Register a child under 13 as a flyer

Use this service to get a flyer ID for a child under 13.

You must be the child’s parent or guardian.

Your child will need to pass the online theory test when you register them. It’s a good idea for your child to prepare for the theory test with you first.

It's free to take the test and register. A flyer ID is valid for 5 years.
